Why Yoga?

I don't just recommend yoga because I'm a yoga instructor - I highly recommend it because it's one of the best forms of exercise to clear physical and emotional blockages from your body, to calm your stress response, and to connect mind & body. 


By slowing your breath, receiving specific instructions for structural alignment, strength-work, holding long stretches, you'll 

experience one of the most balanced workouts you've ever felt.
